Hello there!

My name is Kevin Camilo Vaughan-Torres, but through my work, I go by @Ven.Camilo—the easiest four syllables you’ll remember - just like “Ben Kenobi.” I was born and raised in Queens, NY and now I call San Diego, CA home. As a meticulous photographer, I specialize in portraits, landscapes, lifestyle, and other niches, capturing each moment with precision and care.

What began as a personal means of expression shifted into a curiosity for empowering others to share their stories through imagery. Outside of photography, I’m a certified high school Career Technical Education (CTE) teacher, specializing in entrepreneurship as well as supporting first-generation students through career development curriculum. With a background in sales and finance, I practice what I preach—bringing both creativity and a sharp business sense to everything I do.

And of course, I believe in delivering Colombian-level hospitality—if you’ve ever been to Colombia, you know exactly what I mean. My goal is to work towards making every experience seamless, personable, and memorable.
